Return/Exchange Policy

Non-faulty items

If for one reason or another you were not satisfied with an item, you can return it and claim for a refund. Please, this should be done within 3 days of receipt. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original state, undamaged packaging and must not have been used.  kindly understand that hair already installed, cut, dyed, washed or any damage & process will not be accepted.

If we find that a Non-faulty item was not returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a refund on such item or deduct up to 50% of the selling price from the refund claim.

Faulty items

If a product you ordered from our site was faulty on delivery, you can return it and request for a refund. It should be noted that a refund would only be considered if the fault is from us. Faulty products due to wrong information such as size and prefered colour provided by you will not get a refund. Returns on such item would be charged as a new order. However, if it is our fault, we would refund you or exchange the item for you without an extra cost.

Refund will not be granted if the delivered product meets the product description.

 

 

Return Instructions

Below are the procedures in returning an item. Please follow through.

Please send us an email (Contact@23rdavenue.store) or call/WhatsApp us on 08120672536 stating the reason for the return, we would, in turn, provide you with an address to send the item back to if it is granted.

Please be careful when unpacking and repacking your products.

The following information should be provided on a piece of paper attached to the item you are returning.

  • Order date
  • Reason for return
  • Amount Paid


Kindly note that we do not take responsibility for items sent back to us that get lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us but lost in transit.
